Returns / Exchanges

Return/Exchange policy

  • This policy applies to all purchases made online at www.creativenamibia.com
  • No refunds, exchanges or credits for 'change of mind', under any circumstances. 
  • Our policy lasts 7 days for all orders, from your delivery date.
  • No refunds, claims or exchanges will be accepted after this time period.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Full priced items
Items that have been purchased at full price are only eligible for an exchange or gift card if the items are faulty or the wrong item has been delivered. We are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. All items must be in their original condition; unworn and/or washed for all clothing and unopened and/or unused for all other goods.

Sale items
Items that have been marked down or purchased on sale are not eligible for an exchange or gift card. We are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

Conditions of return
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

  • The item/s were purchased from www.creativenamibia.com
  • The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn and/or washed (clothing) or unopened and/or unused (other goods).
  • All tags are still attached.
  • Your order will be returned to us within seven (7) days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return, exchange or gift card. Any items returned to Creative Namibia (Pandora's Box) without our written approval, will be returned at the customers' expense.

How to submit a return

Step 1:
Ensure the conditions of return listed above have been met.

Step 2:
Log your return by emailing us at creativenamibia@gmail.com with the following info: Your full name, email address, phone number, order number and your reason for return / exchange.

If your item arrived faulty, please attach the relevant photo to your email.

Step 3:
Our Creative Namibia Customer Service team will review your return and send you an email to let you know if your return has been approved or declined accordingly. All further arrangements will be made directly with you via email.

Please note, Creative Namibia is not liable for the loss or damage of goods in return transit. Please use a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number.

Step 4:
Once your item is received, we will email you a confirmation of receipt. Please note during busy periods (Christmas, Easter etc), returns can take up to 5-7 working days to process. Contacting us will unfortunately not speed up this process.

If your return does not meet the requirements and is rejected, we will get in touch and let you know why and to arrange to have the item couriered back to you.
