Shipping

• Door-to-Door delivery to all towns in Namibia - with some exceptions where you need to fetch the package at the courier depot, for example Oranjemund.
• Delivery costs:
  - Any package up to 1kg = N$75.00 (Standard option)
  - Any package up to 2kg = N$100.00 (Price will be added to final invoice)
  - Any package exceeding 2kg = Price will be added to final invoice
• Delivery time varies between overnight and 2 working days depending on the destination address.
  
• Once your payment has cleared - we will work on getting your order packaged & delivered.
• Please note that orders will only be processed once the EFT funds are reflected, this can take up to 72 hours.
• Custom / personalized orders take 5-7 working days from date of payment received.
• If you shop during high volume periods, please be prepared for your delivery to take a little longer than expected.
• No orders are shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• Should you choose to collect your purchase from us, you are free to choose the pick-up option.

• If you prefer to use your own courier, tick the pick up option and leave an order note during checkout or contact us here.

• Should you wish to change the shipping option for your order we request that you place a new order for everything exactly as you want it and we will cancel the incorrect order.
